What Oli is

Oli is an AI-powered story generator that creates personalized audio and video stories to help children learn languages. It's operated by Northstar Project Management Services FZCO, registered in IFZA, Dubai, UAE.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement. Children should not create their own accounts — parents and guardians create and manage child profiles on their behalf.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know at hello@oli.family if you suspect unauthorized access.

Parental supervision

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of Oli. By creating a child profile and allowing your child to listen to stories, you confirm that you consent to their use of the service.

What you can do

Oli is for personal, non-commercial use. You can listen to, download, and share stories within your family. Please don't redistribute them commercially or use the service to generate content unrelated to children's language learning.

AI-generated content

Stories are generated by AI. We have safety checks at multiple stages of the pipeline, but AI isn't perfect — we can't guarantee every story will be flawless. If you find something that doesn't look right, please let us know at hello@oli.family.

Your content

The child profiles and preferences you create remain yours. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service.

Payments

When paid features become available, payments will be processed through Stripe. We don't store your card details — Stripe handles that securely. Refund and cancellation policies will be communicated when pricing launches.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or use the service in ways that could harm others. You can delete your account at any time — contact us at hello@oli.family and we'll remove your data.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep Oli running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of Oli after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
